Investigating
We're currently investigating several issues affecting GED order processing:
Orders with attached documents are not updating to an Available status. Orders for free documents that historically did not have a Document ID (DID) are now generating DIDs unexpectedly. Orders are entering a Pending status instead of progressing to Processing.
We're actively working to identify the root cause and will provide updates as more information becomes available. We apologize for the disruption and appreciate your patience.
