Monitoring - We have been working with our partner Ellucian to identify the issue. Presently, the API is responding within acceptable limits and ordering appears to be back to normal. We will continue to monitor the situation and engage our partner as necessary.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing an issue with unresponsive Ellucian APIs that is impacting the learner order experience.

Identified - Due to staffing shortages within Parchment's Print Operations we are currently delayed in processing diploma requests (both for new issuances, and for reprints / release from hold on prior issuances). We are working to bring our production back within our standard level of service. At this time Members and Graduates should expect up to a 10 day delay on processing. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to improve processes to avoid similar delays in the future.

Monitoring - We have been actively working to resolve an issue related to our shipping partner's process and our connection to USPS data, both of which were preventing USPS scan details from being reported to us for Credentials Solutions TranscriptsPlus mail for the past several months. We are now seeing USPS scans returned more consistently; in turn you and your students should begin to see more USPS scan data indicating where each mailed piece is in its journey. We appreciate your patience as we have worked through these issues.

Identified - Callers to Parchment Support may experience disruptions in the call and ma be unable to hear the Parchment Support agent. This is the result of an intermittent outage that our carrier is currently investigating. We apologize for the inconvenience of dropped / poor quality calls that may occur until this issue is resolved.

Update - We are in touch with our email service provider and the situation appears to be gradually improving. We are still backed up about 1 hour 15 minutes on email communications coming from our platform. We will continue to monitor and update as we see progress.
