Update - Canvas is now available for most users and Canvas Beta and Canvas Test remain in maintenance. We are continuing to monitor all of our other product environments, including Parchment. We continue to see no reason to believe any Parchment resources have been impacted. Any changes to that status will be reflected here.

Resolved - A fix has been implemented and all formats of phone numbers are accepted.

Identified - We have identified an error that occurs when a learner updates their profile. This is caused by the format of the phone number. Please enter the phone number with the country code and no spaces or dashes, and this will allow you to complete the profile update (+15555555555 as an example).
